We provide emergency preparedness education and materials for every new patient as part of their introduction to Coram. We walk patients through the steps they need to take during emergency situations and reassure them that we will continue to provide the care and support they need, no matter what happens.
We take care of all patients during emergencies.
As soon as our disaster preparedness plan is activated, we contact patients to make sure they have the support, medication and supplies they need during an emergency. We recognize this is particularly critical for patients who may experience life-threatening complications without their therapy for certain complex conditions.
