At Coram, we know that having a high quality of life matters as you manage complex nutrition therapies. That’s why we continue to invest in time and resources in research. We’re here to help you live life to its fullest both now and in the future.

Our team was thrilled to join in this year’s ASPEN Nutrition Science & Practice Conference. We had a chance to present our research on enteral and parenteral nutrition to health care experts.

We’re proud to share the presentations from our team experts, including 2023 Poster of Distinction Award Winner, Kristy Feeney and 2023 Distinguished Nutrition Support Award Winner, Heather Stanner MS, RD, CNSC.

Two of the research projects focused on how important it is to address quality of life in those receiving nutrition support. They looked at how significant events (such as COVID-19) and length of nutrition therapy affected quality of life.

Other important research projects included topics related to enteral formula administration and shortages, and hypersensitivity reactions to parenteral nutrition in the home setting.
